Tuscany in April: mild days around 60–70°F, cool evenings, vineyards just waking up. We are coordinating airport transfers so you do not need to worry about rental cars.

Flights

Getting there

Fly into Florence (FLR), about 60 minutes to the venue, or Pisa (PSA), about 90 minutes but often with more flight options. We have arranged shuttle pickups from both airports.

Lodging

Where to stay

A limited number of rooms are available at the villa itself. We will also share a curated list of nearby hotels, agriturismos, and vacation rentals for all budgets.

Explore

Extend your trip

Florence, Siena, and the Cinque Terre are all within easy reach. Arrive a day early or stay a few extra days. We are happy to share our favorite spots.

The details that matter

Adults Only

A grown-up getaway

We love your little ones, and that is exactly why we want you to leave them at home. This is your chance to take a well-deserved trip, be fully present, and enjoy a few days of uninterrupted fun with us in Italy. Consider it a vacation within a celebration.

Passports

Travel documents

US citizens need a valid passport (no visa required for stays under 90 days). Make sure yours is valid through at least October 2027. Renewal takes 8–12 weeks, so start early.

Dress Code

Semi-formal to formal

Think elegant but comfortable. The ceremony is outdoors on a Tuscan estate. Ladies, consider a wedge or block heel. Gentlemen, a suit without a tie works perfectly.

Weather

April in Tuscany

Expect mild days around 60–70°F (15–21°C) with cool evenings. A light layer for the evening is a good idea. Rain is possible but we will have a plan.

Currency

Euros

Italy uses the Euro. Most places accept credit cards, but carry some cash for small purchases, tips, and local markets. Let your bank know about your travel dates.

Time Zone

CET (UTC+1)

Italy is 6 hours ahead of US Central and 9 hours ahead of US Pacific. All event times on this site are in local Italian time.

Questions

Frequently asked

US citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. You will need a valid passport that does not expire before October 2027.

Either Florence (FLR) or Pisa (PSA). Florence is about 60 minutes from the venue; Pisa about 90 minutes but sometimes has better flight options. We are arranging shuttles from both.

No. We are handling all transportation between the airports and the venue. If you plan to extend your trip, a rental car can be nice for exploring Tuscany on your own.

We kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration. We adore your kids, and that is exactly why we want you to be able to relax, enjoy Italy, and be fully present with us. Think of it as a well-deserved getaway.

Semi-formal to formal. The ceremony is outdoors, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Evenings can be cool in April — bring a light wrap or jacket.

We highly encourage it! Florence, Siena, Rome, the Amalfi Coast, and Cinque Terre are all accessible from Tuscany. Let us know your plans so we can coordinate your shuttle.

There is a field in the RSVP form below. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions and we will make sure you are taken care of.
